Two years ago, the FBI began investigating a corrupt judge in Texas who took bribes and let a known drunk out of jail, on personal recognizance, on his 10th DWI. 13 days later, the drunk got his 11th DWI, which resulted in the death of my son Ssgt Donald J. DiPietro, USMC. I have attended three trials, taken the stand twice, and protested parole five times. I am waiting to hear the judge has been indicted.
